Products

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged condition, i.e., unused and in its original packaging, if possible.
  • It must be returned with proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, receipt).

Non-returnable items

Products made to special order or customized to meet individual consumer needs (in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).

Services

Cancellations are allowed provided that:

  • The service has not been fully performed.
  • The service does not pertain to digital content delivered immediately after the contract is concluded and with the consumer’s consent to waive the right of withdrawal.

The seller reserves the right to refuse a return or cancellation if the above conditions are not met.

Return and Cancellation Process

  1. Upon receiving your request, we will review it within 14 days.
  2. If approved:
  • For products: We will refund the amount using the same payment method as was used for the original transaction.
  • For services: If prepayment was made, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days.
