What HR teams say about us

From launch to long-term success, hear how real users are building better businesses with our expertise.

We used to spend 15 hours per month managing immigration paperwork internally. Since partnering with Burman Robinson, our HR team focuses entirely on people — not documents. The account manager knows our requirements better than some of our own staff.

As a recruitment agency, speed is everything. Burman Robinson processes new cases within days of submission and keeps our clients informed throughout. The bulk discount structure made it easy to standardise immigration as part of our placement package.

After a disastrous experience with another firm — 11 refusals in one quarter — we switched to Burman Robinson. Their appeal team recovered most of the cases and restructured our entire process. We have not had a single rejection in the 18 months since. The account manager is a best.

FAQ

Common questions from HR teams

No. We work with companies from as small as 2 foreign employees per year. Pricing scales with volume, and even small teams benefit from having a dedicated account manager and structured process.

Yes. Almost the entire process is handled remotely. Employees only need to attend in person for fingerprint appointments at the voivodeship office. Everything else — document collection, preparation, submission, communication with authorities — is managed by our team.

We issue monthly consolidated invoices covering all cases processed that month. Payment terms are 14 days net. We can also structure prepaid packages for high-volume companies with predictable monthly case loads.

We operate across all 16 voivodeships. Our network of regional managers means we can file applications with any voivodeship office in Poland without additional cost or delay to your employees.

Our B2B contracts include a refusal response protocol. We file a formal appeal immediately and work to reverse the decision. Our appeal success rate is 89%. If a refusal is due to an error on our part, we cover the appeal cost entirely.

Typically within 24 to 48 hours of signing the partnership agreement. Your account manager is introduced immediately, and we can begin collecting documents from your first employees that same day.

We work with all standard communication formats. For Enterprise clients we can provide a structured reporting template that integrates with your HR or ERP system. We are also available via dedicated Slack or Teams channels on request.

Yes. Enterprise plan clients receive a quarterly compliance briefing covering changes to Polish immigration law, document requirements, and process updates.
